Our policy is to respect and protect the privacy of anyone who visits our websites (in this case the SD Panel consultation website).

The information will be passed back to the Sustainable Development Commission and will not be retained by Dialogue by Design once the consultation has been completed.

The Sustainable Development Commission will use this consultation to inform its decision-making process. However, the Sustainable Development Commission reserves the right to disagree with the advice and opinions of panel members. In such cases, the Sustainable Development Commission will endeavour to explain the reasons for its position.

All information contributed is considered non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we reserve the right to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and use this information for any purpose. The outside party retains the copyright on the materials it posts, but agrees that the Sustainable Development Commission will have a license to use the posting without payment to the outside party.
